I'm receiving regular Morse code ID of WQFP332 on 154.8075, but have never had any voice traffic. Does anyone know what this frequencies is used for or its intended use?

I was told that 154.8075 is a talk around/tac and is encrypted channel P25. So if you hear traffic, its likely encrypted.
