It now seems that the Port Colborne Fire Dept is now on the Niagara Region Radio System on TG 5231. However, I haven't heard any dispatch for it on that TG.

The VHF frequency (152.135) seems to have gone silent as well

Has their other VHF frequency (164.715) gone silent as well?

Its possible (and likely) that the full time FFs are dispatched over a wireline system and not OTA anymore, with the volunteers still being paged out on 152.135. You'd have to wait for either a pager test, or a general call.

I would carefully monitor the Niagara system. If Ops are on TG 5231 then I would expect a new dispatch TG as well. Exkalibur has good advice. The type of dispatching configuration he describes is very common

I am seeing a bunch of hits (31) in the past 12 hours on 5231 in DSD+ and there was 1 in the clear transmission at 9:01am this morning on 5250.

St. Catharines dispatches for Port Colborne. Actually, they dispatch all of Niagara expect Niagara Falls (which is done by them and Welland) and Fort Erie which is done by Tillsonburg FD

I haven't heard St Kitts use that call sign in years. They just call themself "Fire Dispatch"
