approximately 20 unmarked, sounds like part of the recent robbery spree in Portsmouth. Somebody was shot, and medics pronounced at 7:45.

I tell you what the NAACP needs to back off, and let the police handle it. Good thing for that officer if they do try and say it was racially motivated they have that construction worker.
