My sds100 is on "auto", so therefore it will automatically decode the proper modulation. I believe it's AM.

I've only seen HMX-1 in FM mode on 143.825. But that frequency is also used on occasion by tankers out of McGuiure who use it in AM mode. Maybe that's what you heard? They call it tanker interplane.

I've heard it being used extensively by Marine One with President on board. I don't recall the mode.

Are you sure its a Motorcade? I was told Marine one to a helipad in Red Bank/Middletown

Yes motorcade. Went up the GSP from 98 to 109. Now they're heading back south. Closing all the on ramps and local roads down, overpasses, etc.
The motorcade is operating on the Troop C Command Post TG 2295. No helipads in the area I know of.

Two Ospreys preceding, the two white tops followed by another Osprey. Went right over my house.

I missed where they repositioned AF1 when he left Poughkeepsie. Guessing JFK. I saw it airborne from Stewart but got tied up and didn’t keep track.
