Power - to be used in Europe

Hi,

I'm considering the BCD536HP and was wondering what power it, and the power supply included, accepts?

In Norway we use 220VAC.

Will I need a plug adapter only or do I need a converter from 110 to 220V?

Will it be sufficient to replace the included power supply?

Hello Hoggorm,

The included adapter is rated for both 110-240 ~ VAC, 50/60 cycle power. The radio input is 13.8 VDC, 400mA.

So the included adapter should work if you have a socket adapter for the mains socket. If not, then be sure to look for an adapter for 13.8 VDC output and at least ~750mA (more than 400mA) with a center positive (+) connector.

Agree with DaveIN , I'm in Australia and are using the US power supply with a Australia power plug adapter and it works
