Apologies if this has been asked and answered elsewhere but Im lost...
I just became a premium subscriber how do I print the PDF's for the systems I've looked up?
any help would be most appriciated

I see you have been a member for a while, but just never posted before.
Go to the
Database map page and click on Washington, D.C. (or state you are interested in) on the map or use the drop-down menu below the map to select District of Columbia > Retrieve (or you can enter a zip code in the right search box and retrieve the files that way). Then click on "Trunked Systems" in the upper left quadrant of the page. Select the system you wish to print out (i.e. "Washington, D.C." at the very bottom). On the next page that opens click on "Reports" which, again, is in the upper left quadrant of the page. The next page to open will have the PDF files that are available for that system and all you need to do is download them to your PDF program and print them out.
