I searched the Virginia section of the Forum pretty extensively for answers, but I can't seem to get to the bottom of this, so I figured I would try a fresh posting.
I am helping a friend who has a new BCD325P2 to get it working. We are using the latest version of Freescan, which is supposed to support Phase 2.
I used the import feature on Freescan to download all the current frequencies and talkgroups for police and fire in PWC, but I'm hearing nothing.
Are the talkgroups incorrectly labeled "Digital" in stead of "TDMA"? Is a bandplan required? It is downloading the system as a "P25 Standard" trunking system. It that correct?
