You've got everything set to S0 which is a Type II block, except block 2 (on the wiki page this shows as 16384-24575) which is set to S1. That won't affect the 30736 group, which is in block 3 (24576-32767).
As I mentioned, the fleetmap for this system is not known. Some of the groups are definitely Type II, and some of them are definitely Type I. But it's hard to tell which are which without some trial and error.
That wiki page helps a lot in figuring out what to do with Type I and IIi systems.

ohhhhhh. The fleet map is not known?! I see... that might be why I cant program this jazz, sorry long night I got that Calgary head cold going around so i'm not the brightest guy on the block right now. you working tonight Jay, could have swore I heard you.
Yup, just leaving EMS A1 and going to Fire for 6 hours now. Then A2 for 3 hrs 0300->0600.
