I just bought a Pro 106 scanner on 8-31-09. I loaded the scanner using RR & Starrsoft. The scanner scans each list 1-2-3-4-5 very well.
But Upon pressing any Key (numeral or functions) I get the following Error Message:

Heap error
222E1F : 2235
We also tried to Clear the scanner memory by turning on scanner and Pressing 0&5. By doing this the scanner goes to :
System Test
Select a Test
Exit :If no key is pressed.
We also tried to Download the scanner using the Win 500. This time we received the following message:
This time we got Error Message :
Heap Full 0C6FF8 : 84
Can Any one help?
