You have no CPU firmware. If you cannot find a standalone CPU firmware updater for the PRO-107, you are out of luck.

You might search for old threads on this where I requested help. I upgraded mine via the SD card, not the PC/IF port. I was successful not only in upgrading, but in creating a recent database.

Edit: I think I upgraded FW.

Can someone look it up for me I've been searching for hours on Google with no luck. give me step by steps how to do it through the SD card

Somebody on here said that there's a way to recover the scanner using an SD card. I do believe the firm workout erased somehow. Company should not make their software or apps reliant on servers what if one day they go out of business then the consumers screwed.
