Download from the database here your county since your a premium subscriber as that is your best and accurate option. Even if you havent bought the software you can install one for a 30 day trial and it would enable you to look at the setup and see what is different.

Additionally a word of advice; never give out you phone# , address etc. in a public forum! Since you 2 hours to edit your message, suggest you delete that info out.

Be sure when you go to download you select the " Trunked " tab option in your software. You dont state what you use, but I tried it here with psredit500 and did download a few montrose county talkgroups and the associated tower frequencies.
I see montrose county has a seven towers.

Glad you did remove your phone# !

Be sure you select all the talkgrouops for the county and any others, then in another tab im sure (i dont have that softare) select towers for your county.

Might also get better localized help in the Colorado message area

Do you have the known alternate control channels programmed? Are you absolutely sure that you can't pick up anything in the 800MHz range (using search/tune)? It's possible that being on the edge of DTRS that you can only hit one tower and is possible that the tower has failed or switched to an alternate control channel. It's hard to verify without a second scanner or someone else in the area to confirm. It might be possible that if you get absolutely nothing on 800MHz that your scanner somehow took damage in the storm, but that's once again hard to determine if you don't have another scanner that can follow 800MHz.

Can you pick up the control channel? It should sound something like this. One you find that, press FUNC -> TUNE. In the #3 row on the far left side, check to make sure it says Sy: D1C. If it does, write down the frequency. It it does not, keep searching until you find one. If you don't find one, then it's likely the sites in the area are down and you won't be able to hear DTRS. You might also want to check those frequencies in the database to see what sites you might want to download in the future to expand your ability to monitor.

I don't know ARC500 that well, so I can only offer you a very limited suggestion software wise. You should then follow ARC500 User Guide instructions to manually put in the control channel that you wrote down into your scanner and then upload the file. If you have done everything correctly, you should be able to start hearing your talkgroups again.
