I'm looking for an experienced programmer of a Pro-197. Being familiar with Westmoreland County, PA would be a plus.

Why not get a Premium Subscription to RR, programming software, and program it yourself? It isn't that hard and you have all kinds of help right here on RR. These things, coupled with the experience you will gain, will be a great help to you later when you decide you want to "tweak" and/or change things.

He did post in the PA forums for an issue he was having with receiving broken audio. Hense his asking about reprogramming.
I would not use the preprogramed data from the vscanfolder for PA the data may not be current. You need to input the data from the RR database.

Thank you. I thought the preprogramed stuff might be outdated. I'll try the RR subscription as soon as I have time. Guess I'll need to buy the RS programming cable eh?
