Pro-197 Random Reset

My 197 has reset itself for the 2nd time in a couple of months. First, all the characters on the screen changed to gibberish. I turned it off and back on and then the programming was gone. Has anyone else heard of this or seen it?

Yea happened to me once in three years. No Idea why. Reloaded the same programming, been fine for a year now.
