Hi everyone,

I purchased a Pro-651 last night. I have the trunked radio system programmed in with the talk groups I want to monitor. When I am scanning, I can see that the scanner stops when there is a transmission on a certain talk group, but there is no sound.

Does anyone have any ideas? Other conventional frequencies work OK.

Please let me know.

Is this the system your trying to program in?
Sheboygan County Public Safety Trunking System, Sheboygan, Wisconsin - Scanner Frequencies

I dont see any custom tables there.
It's a rebanded system. Those tables are not listed for each site.

Standard tables, different for Uniden and GRE designed models, are in the WIki.

I am in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. I programmed it manually. Any ideas? How do I put custom tables in?
See the instructions for entering the required tables on the lower section of this page: Programming Shortcut PSR-500/600 RS Pro-106/197 - The RadioReference Wiki

I dont know how to tell you how to program them manually. I use software and its alot easier. There should be a couple of built in choices to pick from. I believe one says standard, the other says splinter, and I think there is another one. You could pick standard and try it or the others.

The step by step instructions for doing it manually are in the Wiki link I provided. That also has a link to the correct tables for the GRE design scanners (the Pro-651 is, essentially, the same as the older Pro-106 or PSR-500, but now manufactured by Whistler, not GRE).
