Unfortunately, no, the Pro-95 will not work.

Austin (APD, AFD, EMS), Travis County, and a number of other agencies in your area are on the GATRRS trunked system. That is a P25 Phase I (digital) system. The Pro-95 is an analog only scanner. It cannot track or decode the transmissions on system such as this.

You would need a digiital trunk tracker to monitor Austin and GATRRS. You would need one of the scanners below.
