I have pro-96/2096 and I need help from someone to get me back on it on my tower. I put my name & key in but it says not valid. it works on my laptop but not the tower. They want me to pay again I have paid years ago.

Are you asking about ARC96? Was the software already on your tower? If it previously was on your tower and you tried to install it again, uninstall the old program first. Is the software on another computer not in use? If so, uninstall it from that computer. I believe you are limited to installations on 2 computers only. Some of the sites on the Colorado DTRS system use 700 MHz frequencies which the PRO-96 and PRO-2096 are unable to trunk track.

No it is a win96 file I use to have it on 2 computers now I can't download it on my computer keeps asking for my key and I can't find anyone to contact about it.

Other members have had problems getting keys for Win-96 after paying for them. The author seems to have disappeared. Your alternative is to use Butel ARC96 which is still supported. It works on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers.
PSREdit 500 is also still available & supported.

PSREdit500 is not for the PRO-96 and PRO-2096 scanners.

Was, incorrectly thinking of one of the object oriented scanners, not the Pro 96
Mike (the software creator) has several other programs, but not one for programming, specifically., the Pro-96.
I finally got it figure out so I'm good to go now. Thanks everyone!
