PRO 96 need help with settings

I have a pro 96, i live in Baltimore co MD and i would like to get Baltimore co fire dept and Baltimore city fire dept on the scanner but i dont know how to change the settings for it to work on the digital system. i had it working like 6 months ago but had it put away thought i would listen to it again.can anyone help me.

if you don't already have it i'd use PRO-96 Software - Win96 - Data Management Software for the RadioShack PRO-96 and PRO-2096 Digital Trunking Scanners to program it

Ok I've tried that and still nothing is it something I have to change in the software

Hello

I found this in the Maryland forum.

Go to the first screen of Win96 and uncheck the DSP AGC ON. Download that to your 96 and see what happens. Seems a common problem for your area. If not, post this question in the Maryland forum.
