I have a PRO-96 scanner that I've had for many years. I purchased the WIN96 software about 2 years ago as well as a cable. Not sure what brand/type of cable all it says on it is GE02D 8360. It is a serial cable. Im using a USB to Serial adaptor to connect the scanner to my PC. It had been programming just fine until i tried recently, now i get the dreaded Incorrect Model error on the scanner screen and the attached error message in the software. Can anyone provide and feedback on this?
