Pro-96 Signal strength meter?

Hello, I looked through all the threads in this forum before I posted this question-(Couldn't find the answer). Does the Pro-96 have a signal strength meter?

when you press "manual" while scanning a trunked channel, and the control channel noise comes up, on the bottom right corner of the screen there is a percentage, and that is your signal strength for that trunked system.

Well it really is the effective decode rate for the control channel, not quite the same but will serve the same purpose.
