Pro-97 Help

Hello,

I have a RadioShack Pro-97 scanner. I am using the Win97 software to program it. However when I try to import via web I get this error:

XML error detected: syntax error

near:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
^

while requesting URL:
http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR/?ol=1

What would I need to do to fix this?

According to the database that is a bad URL.
