Pro-97 programming with ARC300 software

When I try to progam my Pro-97 with ARC300 software for the KSICS system in McPherson County Kansas, the ARC300 software downloads the county's old EDACS LCNs for control channels.
Any help would be appreciated.

The PRO-97 is analog only and is not capable of decoding the KSICS P25 digital trunked system.
