Pro96com missing radio id's

I am using the program and a pro-2096 to monitor a single site UHF P25 system. The program is not showing the radio id/description on the activity page. The other columns are populated during a transmission with the correct info. It is showing the radio ids in the affiliation tabs. I have also noted that the program is not showing any channel grant traces except for when the system performs its CWID broadcast. I do not have these issues when monitoring a multi-site 800 P25 system. I am using version 1.9.2 build162 I would appreciate any insight anyone can provide. Thanks.

The channel grants that contain the radio IDs are only transmitted once when the transmission starts and can be easily missed unless you're getting close to 40 packets per second on decode. The grant screen only logs the grant messages, so if you're missing those packets they won't be logged.
