How bizarre! I downloaded from that link last night.
Anyway, attached is what I downloaded from that link last night.
The domain name is still good, expires in October. I can't access the website or ping the server either.
It's possible it's a hosting issue, especially since KevinC was on it last night.
Edit: Actually, the last successful ping in a tracert is a comcastbusiness.net router. It's possible the author is hosting the site on their own server and they are hard down due to power/telco outage.
