DSDPlus Problem running DSD FastLane 2.165

Using Windows 10 on laptop, with scanner, once I updated to DSD+ Fastlane 2.165 it will no longer run, I get an error on my laptop saying it's not compatible. When I put back the older version it runs fine. The other EXE files run okay it's just the DSDPlus.

Any suggestions, other than use the older version?

Seems odd. Running 2.165 on Win10 here with no issues. I'd guess a corrupted file. What exactly does the message say? Maybe post a screen shot?

Apparently it was a corrupt file, I re-downloaded it and it is now working. Thanks @slicerwizard for the suggestion.

I had a brainstorm...IF DSD+FL 2.165 was running before today then check if Windows update ran and installed any updates. If so remove the update and hide it. Some updates in Win10 reportedly have broken many programs,

If not....

DSD+ FL 2.165 is using some older DLL files to run which Win10 may not like ie...lame_enc.dll... Some dll files date back to 2015

Oh good thing it was only a corrupt file and was easily and quickly fixed with a new download but still watch them updates.
