Problem with usb port (BCD536)

Is anyone else having problems with the mini-usb port on the front of your BCD536?

It takes a great deal of manipulation of the cable to make the connection work. Almost seems like it is loose.

I should note that I have used 2 different cables.

Check with a magnifying glass, maybe some packaging material in the jack.....???

No Ordnance that's the only thing I have mastered so far...sorry hope you get that fixed without any resistance.
