I have a Uniden 396 and ARC's beta ARC396Pro software that connects to the database here and sets up the systems for me. I have to admit here without this software I would not know how to program this scanner. Everything has been working great, however I took it with me into the City of Dallas today. I could not pick up any Dallas Police or Fire calls as that is what I monitor. I did check and I did not have anything locked out.
