So I'm playing around with Icom's CS-2730A software and I can't figure out how to import a .csv file. Every file I've tried gives me an error about invalid characters. I'm guessing the software wants the data in a specific format that the file isn't in. Does anyone have an idea what I'm overlooking? Thanks!

Okay, I think I've figured out how to set up the .csv file. I found another one and copied the settings. I'll say, it's a little counterintuitive. But now that I see it, it kind of makes sense.

I'm still going to try Chirp to see which I like better.

I've found the RT Systems software to be the easiest to learn and use. I have versions for several of my radios, including the 2730A.

Thanks for the feedback! I have a working knowledge of Chirp so I'm not too concerned there as long as I can get it to work. I just thought I would give Icom's software a try. 73!
