Using the ARC 396 Pro software how do I program a frequency on a conventional system that uses APCO-25? In the mode options APCO-25 is not an available. Do I just leave it as auto?

I'm going to take a wild guess here, since I don't use ARC396, but I bet if you set up a system as P25, and program only frequencies, you should be good to go.

Just to make sure that you aren't confused by the above two replies (which leave a little confusion in my mind anyway); program the system as Conventional, leave the tone setting in the "Off" choice. The frequency can be "Auto" or if you know that it is "FM" or "NFM" set it appropriately.

Thank's I've got them programed in. Now just waiting to hear something. All of them are Fed/Gov. so I'm not sure if I will hear anything soon.
