Programming a 'bc92xlt'

hi
does anyone know how to programme a bc92xlt so i can listen to certain freq. only ???
going to our local race track this weekend an want to listen only to the freq. i want
have read the manual an well no pics LOL

any help would be great

1. Press Hold. Then enter the channel number
where you want to store a frequency, then press
Func and Pgm. The channel number appears.
2. Use the number keys and to enter the
frequency (including the decimal point) you want
to store.
3. Press E to store the frequency into the channel.

or should i say

i want to be able to ONLY listen in on the freq. needed for the race track nothing else
be able to store them on a [channel/bank] for the following weekends
