Programming a gre500 using arc500

Just picked up a gre500 and am using Arc500 to load it. Everything is going fine until I tried to load the OPP in the area. Do I need to program in all the channels listed or only the control channels. Part 2 is it still installed as a MOT UHF/VHF and third the talk group for my area(burlington) says 21e but the program will not accept the letter only numbers.. Can somebody please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Hi Bill,
Use Control Channel Only and enter in the red and blue freq.'s.

Enter as MOT UHF/VHF and for the talkgroup use 8672 (the decimal format) rather than 21e which is hexidecimal.
