Programming a P25 Phase 1

Not sure if anyone can help but I am setting my BCD325P2 and trying to setup Niagara Co Fire Digital and using ARC-XT.

In another system I put analog and I am picking up chatter on there but nothing on the digital, can someone take a look and see what I have wrong here?
Do I need to adjust my quick keys or something, group, system site? Do the quick keys on the system need to match site. I'm kinda lost at this.

Under the File tab, you Add a New Trunk System. The System Type should be P25 Standard. I can't see if you did that on your screen shots. You can try entering all of the frequencies also.

Another suggestion: Try setting the squelch to minimum. You are not going to be able to receive anything until the bandplan is loaded from the control channel.
