Programming SDR for Miami PD and MDPD/MDFR

I'm trying to listen to Miami PD and hopefully MDPD and fire rescue using two SDRs. A few questions:

Does anyone know why everything is listed as a control channel for Miami PD's P25 system as well as for MDPD? For Miami PD should I be following the old control channels listed for the Motorola system?

Is MDFR also coming over Site 102?

Isn’t that how a Harris system works? Any freq can be a control channel?

MDFR is on a UHF conventional system. They're not coming over the 800 MHz trunking system.

Harris systems can use any of the system frequencies as the control channel. So you have to enter them all.
