Went to the yahoo site and posted a question reguarding programming software. A very nice gentleman replied with some info and some links to his site. This info has already helped me.

Looks like he supports the AOR series and not the R20 now.

He started years ago with software for AOR (AR8000) and added to that. Nowadays his biggest market will be American Uniden owners.
