Quick question should I program all the system are should I just program towers in my county are should I program all the towers for the system

Program the towers you are within range of, usually your county and maybe any county within 20-25 miles of you if you want to listen to them.
If you travel to different areas of the state then you could program in the towers for that area on a quick key you can turn on/off when needed. I have all the towers of the surrounding area programmed into my scanner. When I go to Fort Worth I turn off my local towers and turn on the
Fort Worth towers.

This is the system that I listen too S and P Communications Trunking System, Various, Alabama
If you have an SD card type scanner, I'd program the whole system as a separate favorites list. Then in the options tab, I'd turn Location Control to On. That way the scanner will decide which sites to turn on, based on your location. Easiest way.
If you try to pick and choose which sites, you might miss one you need or add one you do not.
