Programming

I'm new here.. I have a WS1040 & I have never programmed it thru the computer. I have recently moved & need to wipe it clean & reprogram. How hard is this to do. Thanks for your help!!

To wipe the scanner clean:
1. Turn scanner off.
2. Turn scanner on.
3. At the welcome screen, press 0 and then 1.
What is your city and county and which systems and agencies do you want to monitor? I assume you are in WV. We can check if your scanner is capable of monitoring what you want.
