Proscan connection issue

I'm using a BCD536HP to listen over wifi. It was working, but I got a new AT&T internet/router, and it works on 2 out of the 3 computers. I didn't try them at the same time, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Proscan, still the same issue the computer I got in 2017, which has Intel 3, and the computer I got this year that has Intel 7 works fine, but the computer I got in 2022 that has Intel has the issue, this is one I need to use it on

Your problem is the 536 wifi connection it is not connected to your network.
Lookup how to connect the 536 to your wifi connection and get the new address assigned and you will be back working.

Refer to Page 32 of the 436/536 manual to get your 536 reconnected to your wifi. You'll want to choose "Infrastructure mode" if not chosen already. Get your 536's IP address by choosing "Show wifi information". Page 5 (bottom) of the Proscan manual will get you going in that app

Just to touch up on what I posted.
When you changed Routers you changed NETWORKS your 536 wifi device is still looking for your old NETWORK that is no longer there.

So in other words you're able to connect your 536 to Proscan on 2 out of the 3 computers? Sounds like you already added the scanner to your new wifi? Are you utilizing Proscan's web server function or Remote server over IP or are you simply connecting by comm port (URL?)

Yes 2 out of 3, I'm going through the URL the IP is 192.168.1.156 on scanner and router

Are you trying to connect the ProScan data (display) & audio directly to the scanner Wi-Fi? Is it both the data & audio not working or just the audio?

I would check, double check, & triple check that the IP address of the scanner is correct.

After you get the data working, if using the BCD536HP LAN audio with multiple instances (or computers)

Try the data side in the Comm. Port menu.
You may also want to temporarily disable any antivirus/internet security software for a test.

It's working now after disabling the firewall
