Did you try RIGHT CLICKING the PROSCAN ICON and pick RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR?

Those error codes are coming from the Source Client, Web Server, and RSOIP server.
They mean that the near end can't communicate with the far end for some reason. The TCP protocol doesn't indicate where the problem is. I would power cycle your router and computer. Power cycle your scanner after the computer reboots.
If it still doesn't work then temporarily disable your anti-virus software to see if it's that.
