Is there a way to monitor with proscan with a Android device? I have the proscan software installed and running the software sees my BCD536hp and I have the IP setup to record over IP that part is working but I haven't been able to find a Android app to monitor the scanner remotely? Before I pay for the software I want to see if it's worth it for what I want, ultimately I would like to control the scanner remotely but simply getting access to what's being heard by the PC would be good enough and possibly the recordings proscan is storing on my PC when I'm away from home. Thanks

Web Server is one of the best features Proscan has to offer. View and control your radios via any web browser, Android browsers included. Listen to the audio output via your favorite streaming app of choice, I prefer VLC. If you record audio to your hard drive, you can even view & download folders & files to your phone

How do you mitigate delay with the web server? I'm seeing about a 10 second lag.

The delay is caused by the media player latency/network buffer. See if the media player has an option to reduce the latency. If not then change the option on the web page "Delay & Metadata Delay" to 10 seconds so the data & audio appear in sync. BTW, This is on the proscan.org web site in the FAQ section.

Thanks, I just ran across that but still trying to get my head around it and get it figured out. I was using the built in player at the top of the page.
