Trying to reach support using the reference support email from the site. Keep getting hard rejects. Hoping this is a glitch. Can anyone confirm the Proscan support email address?

What email address did you use or can you provide a link.

Yup that is the address I was using. Sent twice and got same response. BUT, Thank you VERY MUCH because in the process of answering you I realized that somehow in responding to an email from support I somehow got a period at the end of the address. Which would cause the failure.

Resent by typing it in and I didn't get a near immediate response so I think that is the answer.
