I've been downloading the Proscan 22.1 and it has fail to launch after extracting. I click on the Proscan app and it does nothing. I have a much older version that works but would line to go to the newer version, any suggestions would be appriceated.

What OS are you running? Have you restarted your computer since first experiencing the issue? Any luck running the new version installer as administrator? Try disabling antivirus software which may prevent the launch of certain installers

Windows 11 and restarted a few times and tried it as an adminstrator but no luck,

So the installer file extracts successfully but the installer never runs? When you launch Task Manager do you see the installer show up as a running process?

Out of curiosity, subject line says "trial" download. How far into the trial are you? It only functions for 30 days. Afterwards you'll need to pay $50.00 for the program to continue running & for future updates but even then you should at least be seeing the intro screen asking you to buy a license if the trial period is up

If you got it to install on another computer and it runs OK, then copy the entire Proscan folder from that computer to the one you are trying to install it on and see if it runs. Turn off any anti-virus you may have and see if it runs, also don't run any other programs at the same time and see what happens.

@N1JGE
Are you using Webroot by any chance? That antivirus software thinks the ProScan has a virus.
Can you email me support@proscan.org and I send you a production quality setup file to see if it works.
I reported the false positive to Webroot a couple of times.
