Sorry to be a little off topic, I can not start a PM with you. Could you share more details about the Bug Finder Rewards program with me?
I don't really know other then it seemed like Proscan stopped recording when it did a auto update and i reported it. They just told me they couldn't duplicate it so no money for me.

I don't understand exactly what you are saying. Did it stop recording when a pop-up message appeared advising of an update or did it stopped recording when an update was installed. ProScan deleting recordings is a different issue. it could be caused by the 'Recordings Auto Delete' option.

{edit} When it stopped recording, did the Recorder control (shown below) changed from on to off?

i reported it.
Did you send me the Bug Report via email?

Why didn't you submit a Bug Report and receive the 750.00 USD Bug Finder Rewards?
ProScan, could you provide details about this program, I don't see anything about it on your website beyond "report a bug". The link brings you to a page that has zero mention of the rewards program. It reads like it's a courtesy program, aka if you have a problem "I'll try to fix it".

I was asking ProScan (Bob) about the program not you, Pongagt.

That's odd, I have who can start conversations with me set to Members only. It's not set to disabled or followers, there's no other options. I will send an email requesting details. Thanks

I sent a bug report because it stop recording after it auto updated. They said they couldn't duplicate it. The auto delete got enabled by itself because i always had all the files from when i first began using it. i don't remember looking at the recorder button but it stopped recording in the middle of the night while i was sleeping and i found out it had just done a update so i assumed that was the problem. At least i know i can get calls from broadcastify now. I wish the archives would only have the call audio and not all the dead space in between.

None of my business, but why was this in a public forum rather than direct contact and coordination with Proscan.
This was a personal issue/problem with Proscan, especially since it is new issue and there have been many very happy customers and I am sure the owner would have responded quickly privately as he has done in the past.

For anyone wondering about this reward program, Bob has informed me via email "The program was canceled yesterday once you brought it up."

I did not even know about the reward program. I was inquiring about the details for the program because of his post which I quoted above. Before I could even ask about it I was informed it has been cancelled because of me. You can go back and read this thread from the start and see I was not the one to bring it up. Bob, you brought unnecessary attention to the reward program yourself by bringing it up.

TL;DR If you are looking for monetary compensation by reporting bugs, don't bother, he cancelled the reward program.

I brought it up because i thought others should be aware that my settings appear to have got changed without me changing them. I would have never changed it to auto delete after only 30 days. I have lots of space on the drive it is installed on. Is there a reason you think it should be hidden from the public. I also found out that the radioreference archives are not perfect. There are different time periods that have the exact same file and file name when you click to download them. Maybe i shouldn't report that here.

I have a 4TB drive installed to hold backups and log files and files from dashcams and security cameras and so on. They are written once so the wear level of the drive are very low. The actual programs that create those files sits on a SSD drive and are written to at a much higher rate and SSD drives also has a very low life span so I have made copies of my Win7 and Win10 installations and can boot them from my 4TB drive to check that they are fine to use when the SSD drive starts to fail.

Did you know there is a little box on each recording line that saves the file beyond the program set auto-delete?
