I heard several of the power crews using 451.2500 in the Orting area. I have a good list started for all the frequencies if anyone is interested.

Those are probably 3rd party contractors and not actual PSE units. PSE has been on their MPT1327 system for the past two years or so. They have repeaters all over WA state now.

The list I have was taken from active license info from the FCC website as licensed to PSE. I have no idea if it was 3rd party contractors or not, but no others share the licenses in the area. It was definitely for line repairs.

As taken from this site (RadioReference.com):
Puget Sound Energy (MPT-1327)

This system is deprecated, and may no longer be in use or is superseded by another system.

It was definitely for power crews. I had several "Close Call" hits on my 996P2 while the power was out in my area. There is no gas service in the town as far as I know. I had some traffic on another channel that I could not catch that was also power line repair related.

78turbo,

These guys are not PSE. This frequency belongs to the Electron Hydro power plant at Lake Kapowsin just south of Orting. Their signal has 400w of power output so it's easily making it up to SE Bellevue full-quieting. They're clearly talking about the power generation at the plant.

451.250 Mhz T136.5

PSE has a strict operating lingo and is quite easy to distinguish from regular radio chatter. Scan 217-218 Mhz with 6.25khz steps and you'll hear PSE on there.

I hear those also, but the ones I have from last night were not ctcss but dcs 131. That's what made me think they were PSE. They were also talking about getting line splices from the truck. Who knows who I heard, but I thought from the sounds of it they were linemen.
