Just purchased my PSR-500 ,the only problem I'm having is receiving anything on the State of Coloradoo DTRS system (Arapahoe County). I downloaded using the Butel software but cannot figure out the problem. All update firmware installed. I hear nothing...Thanks for any help or ideas in advance!

You should make sure your TSYS object has the active and alternate control channels. It should also be set to P25 Auto for the Trunked System type. Make sure your scan list is enabled with a "*" next to it. Also check to be sure you have a wildcard talkgroup object set for your scanlist.
You should also see if someone in the Colorado forum is using a PSR-500. They may be able to help.
