Hello:

a. On the 500, is there a limit on the number of Objects that can go into a single ScanList ?

Or, theoretically at least, all 1,800 (or whatever it is) can go in a single one ?

b. If you "need" more than 20 ScanLists, is the only way to have the extras in a V Folder, and call that into the working memory ? Or,...?

Thanks,
Bob

B) No - you can't "add" scanlists, you can only replace.

You actually have "22" scanlists, 20 + Skywarn + Favorites.

I use the Skywarn one for even more specialized purposes than Favorites.

Oh yeah - I forgot about SkyWarn -- but I'm not even sure what that is or how I use it... since we've opened that door....

Just like the Favorites, you can put in anything you want in it and you activate it by pressing Func + WX. That's what that red/white symbol means above the WX button.

It's geared towards those people that monitor their local Skywarn frequencies but like I said above, you can use it for anything you want. Even for Skywarn purposes, people have to put in their specific frequencies for their area.
