PSR 600 programming video ?

I have a 2008 vintage PSR600 that works fine for conventional VHF/UHF reception. However, I suspect I am doing something wrong with the Radio Reference Import process. It all uploads to the scan list, however, its a deaf as a stone on the trunking systems, specifically the MN ARMER system. I am curious if someone has produced a simple video specific to importing data using either Win500 or ARC? It has worked before, just no longer does. Alternatively, if there is a MN PSR600 owner out there somewhere, I could consult, I'd be grateful for a PM or response.
