Psr600 polling sender

I have done everything I can think of but I cannot get this PSR600 to connect to my computer every time I try to upload to radio the the scanner says file sys polling sender and then the program always fails ....please help

You will need to provide more info to get any kind of meaningful help...

Is this error message just now occurring after having worked ok previously or has it always happened?
What programming cable are you using, the one that came with the scanner?
Have you installed the drivers for that cable?
What programming software are you using to connect to the scanner?

Have you ever connected to it before? I used to connect to mine with Windows 7 fine and I found out the hard way there were some counterfeit cables out there. They don't work with Windows 10. It's a longshot but can you try with another computer preferably Windows 7?

i havent tried but i will now, im about to go to my inlaws house they have a win 7 computer ill keep you updated

I havent been able to get it to do anything except show the polling sender screen , but I've been able to program rs2069 and rs106 but

I have all the information on the talk group that I need to program but do not know how to hand program in everything for the grecom PSR 600..
And I cannot get the program to send it over my scanner keeps saying polling sender please help if anyone knows
