PSR800

Hi guys. I have a PSR800 and won't boot up . The display shows :
uP Boot Ver:F1.0
uP App Ver: NONE
CPU SW Upgrade:
Waiting for USB
Is there or how do I reset the scanner? I tried through the software program,I only can do the SD card.Any help would be great or should I just send it in for the Whistler upgrade? Thanks

The firmware and DSP updates are done through the PSR800 EZ Scan software.
If you cant do the firmware with the SD card in the scanner, pop it out and use an sd card adapter and put in your computer, update it then.
Put it back in the scanner.
