Public Safety Band Di/Triplexer

I am looking for either a diplexer or triplexer to merge my antennas into one receiver but have been unsuccessful in finding one for the range I need. I am looking to either purchase or make a diplexer that covers the 150-470/757-860 range or a triplexer covering 150-174/450-470/758-860 I would greatly appreciate it.

Is there a diplexer available to combine a dual band antenna Diamond X50C2 ( 146-155, 450-465) & LAIRD 806-866MHz 3 dB gain fiberglass omnidirectional, together?
