Correct. Truckee Meadows Fire stops at township 22 North. TM I believe still provides oversight or guidance as needed.

Pyramid Lake is now providing fire services to Gerlach, funded by Washoe County and dispatching by Washoe County Sheriff. Not sure what talkgroup this is on or if Pyramid Lake is using their frequencies for dispatch. See recent news story:

This new ID will cover Gerlach Fire as well. I heard them this morning responding to a vehicle fire SR34 mile marker 12.
