Q: Win500 .cvs Import

I am using Win500 on a window10 PC.
I have downloaded a .cvs file from RR.
Win500 has an option to import a .cvs file.
However after performing the import, no new frequencies are added to CONV or TGRP.

Any ideas what I should do differently ?

Don't download a file, use Web Import under the File menu.

I have done that also.
The frequencies I am download are CONV.
I noticed Win500 doesnt add a descriptive alpha tag . Some alpha tags just says FM or UHF.

Sorry but there are 100s if not 1000s of systems here. Please provide SPECIFIC detail and ideally a link to the data here on RR.

I have seen the error of my ways.
I noticed I can add my own tag when importing the frequency group.
For instance, when importing the International Space Station, I added ISS as a tag to each frequency.
Now I have ISS-xxx.xx
